Will I get an email notification when I subscribe?

Expect to receive emails from us when:

Subscription activation
Sent to customers when they first sign up for a subscription

Subscription cancellation
Sent to customers when they cancel all subscriptions and become inactive

Recurring charge confirmation
Sent to customers when their recurring payment is processed

Upcoming charge
Sent to customers 3 days before their card is charged for renewal

Out of stock
Sent to customers when purchase runs out of stock

Card declined
Sent to customers when card charge is declined

Card expiring
Sent to your customers when their credit card is about to expire. Emails will be sent out at 30, 15 and 3 days before card expiration

Refund
Sent to customers when charge is refunded

Payment re-authentication
Sent to your customers when their payment source needs to be re-authenticated

Where can I find my subscription details?

You can find details of your subscription(s) under My Account > My Subscriptions. For each product in My Subscriptions, you can:

  • Increase / decrease the number of units
  • Change the delivery frequency
  • Skip next delivery
  • Change delivery address
  • Change the credit card details

How do I start a subscription?

  1. When adding a product to your cart, choose "Subscribe" instead of "Single Purchase"
  2. Select how often you want your product delivered
  3. Enter how many you want in each delivery
  4. Checkout – you are required to create an account or login
