I placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Please email our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and they will do their best to assist you. However, please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. And, if your order is already been shipped, there is very little we can do.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer international shipping to Canada via DHL duties unpaid. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs, brokerage, duties, and local taxes that may be charged. These fees are not collected by VitaHustle and are paid to your local carrier. If your shipment requires an additional charge it will need to be paid by you before your package will be received. We are not able to advise you as to how much (if any) these fees may be. Orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just copy the tracking number and go to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package, and enter in your tracking number for an update.
When will my order ship out?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped and it will have your tracking number as well.
How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on where we are shipping and if we are running a promotion or not.
