How do I return a product?

Step 2: Make sure the email includes your order number and the condition of the product? Is it new? Did you use it? And the reason behind it? So we can understand from your feedback. 

Step 3: Once we approve your refund request, you'll need to return the opened or unopened products to us. We only issue refunds to the same payment method once the product is returned to our warehouse. Credit card companies typically post refunds within 5-7 days after we process your refund.
